Processing, storing, and sharing classified information via SINA typically requires agencies and companies to have trained resources and a SINA infrastructure in place. In order to relieve customers of the administrative burden of operating a SINA infrastructure, the cooperation between secunet and CGI was established.
SINA Managed Service is a flexible offer that is individually tailored to the requirements of our customers. SINA Managed Service is therefore not only of interest to authorities and armed forces, but also to small and medium-sized companies or organizations that only need to use CI sporadically.
From configuration to support: the range of SINA Managed Service
An essential part of SINA Managed Service is the configuration and integration of SINA components into existing customer networks. A highly available SINA backend is set up and secured in the same way as the front-end operation. In addition, reporting is managed and worldwide support is provided - if required, 24/7 and directly on site at the user's premises.
The SINA Managed Service also includes the provision, administration and VSA-compliant operation of the SINA end devices. All SINA end devices offer parallel access to several security domains, so that information from different domains can be processed on a single piece of hardware in compliance with regulations. In addition, an optional mobile solution (portable case) is available to secure connectivity regardless of location.
