secunet: change in supervisory board
[Essen, 30 December 2004] Due to his change of position, Mr. Willi Berchthold, chairman of the supervisory board of secunet Security Networks AG, resigns from office as at 31 December 2004 and retires from the supervisory board. Mr. Berchtold retired from the management of the main shareholder of secunet AG, Giesecke & Devrient GmbH, on 31 October 2004, in order to join the management board of ZF Friedrichshafen AG. Until the election of a new chairman, the affairs of the supervisory board will be directed by the vice-chairman, Dr. Wilhelm Wick.
